The terms governing your use of theaethelgard.com and the Aethelgard PR platform. Client confidentiality is absolute — no client dataset is ever exposed to another client.
Client Data Confidentiality
All information you provide to Aethelgard — including brand strategy, internal communications, financial disclosures, and narrative intent — is treated as strictly confidential. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to systems acting on your behalf, and no client dataset is ever exposed to another client. Your data is used solely to engineer and defend your narrative.
NDA Terms
Engagement with Aethelgard constitutes a mutual non-disclosure obligation. Both parties agree to protect proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the relationship. Confidentiality survives the termination of any allocation and applies indefinitely to trade secrets, unreleased material, and crisis-related data. A formal NDA is executed before any privileged information is shared.
Crisis Management Data Handling
Crisis logs, draft statements, and containment actions are isolated per client and retained only for the duration necessary to support response and post-incident review. Incident records are access-controlled, audit-logged, and purged on schedule unless you instruct otherwise. No crisis data is used to train shared models in a manner that identifies your organisation.
Media Contact Data Protection
Our journalist and media contact network is a protected asset. Contact details, relationship strength, and pitch history are never shared between clients. Each client's outreach is conducted through the shared bureau under controlled, anonymised routing so that no client benefits from another's relationships or reveals another's strategy.
Data Subject Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal and company data at any time. Submit requests to your Concierge or through the allocated channel. We respond within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
